Nicole is a thoughtful, thorough and accommodating host. She treated us with so much respect and went above and beyond when she could. Always responsive, proactive and extremely professional. The cottage we stayed at was extremely well equipped, situated on a peaceful lake and the Sauna, cold plunge and hot tubs were a full day experience. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a relaxing weekend in Michigan! We didn’t have the best weather but the amenities filled up our days quite easily. Don’t sleep on this place!! One of the best run and value for money Airbnb’s out there. If I’m in Michigan again, I will be staying here!

Gran Torino was exactly what we hoped for and more for our time away from home as a family. Peaceful, serene, easy to unplug, unwind, reconnect and reset as a family and individually. It was enjoyed by each of our kids (10, 8, and 5) and of course by mom and dad as well. We can confidently say we each made core memories here that will live on. We look forward to a time when we can visit Gran Torino again and make more family memories! Nicole was an amazing host and certainly an added blessing to a very blissful retreat. We would be so pleased to get to communicate with her again for a future stay.

Love! Gorgeous home with lots of access to beauitful nature. We played on the lake, hiked the au sable river, sat around the fire, and indulged in the spa and gym ammenities. We felt right at home here! Nicole was a great, responsive host.
We highly recommend venturing to the dune at lumberman's monument, Iargo springs, anywhere along the au sauble, and venturing to oscada and lake Huron! Also a note that Davis Rest Stop on the river is accessible straight from a parking lot, no hiking required, 1 simple staircase. It was an absolutely gorgeous place to eat lunch!
Cannot recommend yhisnspit enough if you are looking for the perfect balance of restorative spa and outdoor adventure!

Everything was well thought out, convenient and beyond what we expected! The house and grounds were pristine and there were so many things to do from an evening of s’mores at the fire pit, kayaking, relaxing in the pool, a multitude of games, a game of pool and so much more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time! This is truly a place for all ages to enjoy!

This was such a peaceful getaway. I have visited Long Lake before and have always loved the area. Nicole was such a great host. I had a few questions while there and she was so quick and responsive. 5/5 stars.

We absolutely loved our weekend at Nicole’s lake house! We made use of the kayaks, cold plunge, sauna, fire pit, gym and hot tub. It was so convenient having everything right there. Felt like a mini wellness retreat! Our pups loved the lake and we appreciated the gated deck so they could lounge in the sun and watch the lake action within boundaries. It was a holiday weekend so the lake was busy and the neighboring lot was abuzz hosting a weekend camp out. However, everyone was considerate and things never got loud. We made sure to get our kayak trips in early morning to avoid the afternoon rush. The house has been beautifully updated inside and out. Easily the best house on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicole's place! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nicole’s attention to detail really made a difference, and it’s clear she puts a lot of care into making her guests feel at home. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we’d found something special. The house was spacious and full of light, giving everyone their own space while still bringing us together in the cozy common areas. The kids were instantly entertained, there was always something fun to do, which meant we could truly relax and soak it all in.
Waiting for us on the counter was a kind, handwritten note from Nicole, who was an absolutely awesome host. Her warmth and thoughtfulness shone through every detail of the home, making our stay feel effortless and personal. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb homes over the years, but this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had.
We laughed, we played, and we made the kind of memories that will stay with us for years. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel at home.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Florida! This house is hands-down the best-equipped property we’ve ever rented, and we’ve stayed in some truly luxurious homes. The attention to detail, from the high-end Ebner appliances to the stunning ocean views where we spotted dolphins, made this place unforgettable. The layout is fantastic, offering ample space and a seamless flow, perfect for families. Our kids loved the pool, which was a highlight of their trip. At night, the serene atmosphere and supremely comfortable beds ensured we all slept soundly. This is, without question, the best house we’ve found on Airbnb. Highly recommend!
